Today, the CEO of Tehnix, Mr. Đuro Horvat, was invited by the Croatian Association of Innovators to the Innovation of the Year award ceremony, which took place at 11 am, in the hall of the University of Zagreb.
Based on the public invitation published by the Association on July 17, 2020, this year’s winner of the award is the company TEHNIX d.o.o. from Donji Kraljevec with its innovation EKOMUNAL TEHNIX – special municipal vehicles for collection and removal of municipal waste.
The Innovation of the Year award was presented by the President of the Association of Croatian Innovators, Mr. Ivan Bračić, in the presence of the Rector of the University of Zagreb, Prof. dr. sc. Damir Boras and Vice Rector for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Communication prof. dr.sc. Miljenko Šimpraga.
The Innovation of the Year Award is given for commercialized innovations that promote innovation and influence the raising of innovation and competitiveness of the Croatian economy.
