Eco industry Tehnix, in cooperation with local construction companies, built modern kindergartens at the locations of Donji Kućan, Koprivnica and Ogulin. These freestanding modular buildings are connected to communal services and contain water supply, drainage, high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations, as well as other systems such as telecommunications, heating and cooling, fire alarm, etc. The facilities were built in a short time to their final and functional state and are, as such, ready to welcome and accommodate children. The goal of such projects is, through the construction and complete equipping of kindergartens, to increase educational capacities for the benefit of rural areas and thus contribute to the development of social life in the local settlements.

Texic containers can be mounted on top of another container or next to it and connected to a container settlement. Container buildings have different possible uses: such as offices, schools, restaurants, kindergartens. They can be designed as one-story or multi-story buildings. Simple assembly ensures the functionality of the object in a short time. During production, we are completely flexible when it comes to heat and sound insulation, requirements regarding fire resistance, dimensions of doors and windows, exterior color, and the shape of interior walls and ceilings.
