The company Tehnix - a domestic eco-industry that manufactures and distributes special ecological utility vehicles EKOMUNAL, certainly plays a significant role in the sustainability and modernization of utility infrastructure in Croatia and beyond. Back in 2019, the special utility vehicle TEHNIX EKOMUNAL was declared the innovation of the year by the Croatian Innovators' Association. The technical and technological complexity of the EKOMUNAL utility vehicle is a great business success and innovation of the founder and CEO, great inventor and innovator Mr. Đuro Horvat, with which the Tehnix company has proven its business, technical and production capabilities in the development, production and sale of such a complex product that is competitive on the domestic and global markets. The company Tehnix has built a special factory for this purpose, developed a complete technology for the production of parts and assemblies and an assembly line for the modern production and assembly of a complete product for the needs of the utility industry. Together with the Mercedes company, it coordinated all the technical details that make the entire project competitive on the market, permanently functional, with fast service and quality support. Today, it produces more than 10 types of special purpose vehicles, according to the wishes and needs of demanding customers. Long-term business cooperation and the silver key that the company Tehnix received in 2020 were the tailwind for the continuation of such successful and professional cooperation, which resulted in an even better market placement of this high-quality and permanently functional product. Star Import, as the general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in the region, certainly has a lot of reason to be proud of the delivery of the 200th utility vehicle to the company Tehnix. Such long-term successful cooperation between two companies, Tehnix d.o.o. and Star Import d.o.o., marks a big step in reducing the negative impact on the environment, using ecological technologies in everyday communal services provided by the most modern utility vehicles with Mercedes-Benz chassis and Tehnix Ekomunal upgrades. For the delivered 200 vehicles, the management of the Star Import company ceremoniously presented a Golden Plaque to the management of the company Tehnix.
