Compost roto-shredder

Compost Roto Shredder with crane and tracks is a modern product developed and manufactured by TEHNIX. It is used for shredding green waste (grass / leaves / pine trees / branches / shapes / wood mass from recycling yards, parks and households) and thus enables the production of eco compost and high-quality preparation of biomass from green waste.

Description

The machine is equipped with a bio-waste manipulation device - TE-Kran, which enables proper and continuous dosing of waste wood, branches and other green and bio waste into the receiving hatch. The dosed material (waste wood, branches and other bio-waste) is chopped, cut and mixed together into a homogeneous mixture of uniform quality, and it is prepared as an output fraction for the technological process of bioreactor composting. The prepared output fraction is dosed to a container or to a pile by means of an output angular chain conveyor. It is easy to manage and maintain, and it is powered by a diesel generator with automatic regulation of the change in direction of rotation, which provides a double-sided cutting effect. The drive chassis is located on tracks that are driven by the machine's hydraulic system.
