Encouraged by the new situation and the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, the director of Tehnix, Mr. Đuro Horvat, inventor and innovator is known by his efficient, creative, innovative and socially beneficial solutions for sustainable waste management and water treatment. Invited by the IFIA to apply solutions in the fight against coronavirus, we have announced new innovations to combat corona, but also to prevent the spread of other infectious diseases. New products and plants for prevention of spread of COVID-19 are CORONA KREMATOR – a plant for incineration of infectious medical waste and MOBILE CORONA CABIN TEHNIX – a special container unit for testing and accommodation of virally infected persons. Actually, these are mobile mini hospitals whose function is to relieve regular hospital capacities. The competition received 202 applications from 35 countries, and Tehnix was awarded with a “GOLDEN CERTIFICATE” and a “CERTIFICATE OF HONOR” from the IFIA President for Innovation in Contributing to Humanity in the Fight Against the Spread of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are honored and very proud to receive such awards from the International Federation of Associations of Innovators, which are a great incentive and wind in our backs for the continuation and further development of innovative and socially useful products and equipment.
