Automatic baler press
The automatic baler press is a modern device for reducing municipal waste. The special construction enables sorting of municipal waste to be pressed into bales. Pressed waste is tied into bales using wire, forming a compact unit.
The length of the bales can be adjusted from 1200 mm to 2400 mm, so that the space of the transport vehicle is optimally filled. Management can be automatic or manual.
The drive of the whole system is done over a special two-stage hydraulic pump with high-speed pressing. Cylinder walking speed and pressure can be electronically regulated
When baling sorted plastic, a perforator for PET is installed with the suction hatch of the press. A perforator is used for drilling PET packaging to release air from it, thus increasing the efficiency of pressing. Drilling is done by means of two rotating drums on which it is performed to find sharpened spikes. The spikes are prefabricated for easy sharpening and replacement. It's a perforator located on guides and can be pulled out of the suction system by means of a hydraulic system hatch press when it is not needed, i.e. when PET is not pressed.
On a press intended for baling RDF, a shredder is installed to shred the material on fraction size approx. 30 mm. Shredder is located on guides is used in the hydraulic system and can be pulled out of the suction hatch when it is not needed.
At the exit of the press, there is the possibility of installing a low-profile platform scale with a load capacity of up to 1500 kilograms for weighing produced bales.
