Horizontal baler press
The horizontal press baler is a modern device for reducing municipal waste. The special construction enables the sorting of municipal waste to be pressed into bales.
The length of the bales can be adjusted according to the needs for optimal filling of the space of the transport vehicle. Tying is a manual process using a wire-tying mechanism that prevents waste from being scattered after the pressing process.
The control unit is located on the control cabinet and is used to control the press.
The rear cylinder serves to lower and raise the door, which serves as a dam during the pressing process. The remaining two cylinders open the lids of the filling chamber and have the task of closing the lids before pressing, and in this case, waste is prevented from falling out during the pressing process itself.
As an additional protective element, a cage is installed with the purpose of protecting the machine operator from injury. It is necessary that the protective net is in a horizontal position to enable the ignition of the hydraulic unit of the press and the start of the pressing process itself.
