Sorting cabins for manual separation of waste

https://www.tehnix.hr/web/image/product.template/30/image_1920?unique=fa9e4cf

The sorting line for manual waste separation is made from container units that are stacked in a sorting tunnel of the required length. The cabins are designed as container modules connected into one technological unit – a sorting tunnel.

    This combination does not exist.

The first and last cabins are closed at the ends by a panel wall with an opening for the passage of the sorting conveyor that passes through the middle of the sorting tunnel.

On both sides of the conveyor, there are special discharge pipes with a hinged bottom, two discharge pipes for each worker, or four pipes in each cabin. The discharge pipes are used to discharge the sorted, i.e. manually separated material into the sorting boxes under the cabins.

The pipes also serve as the load-bearing structure of the sorting conveyor. The cabins are ventilated, air-conditioned and equipped with a complete electrical installation (lighting, sound system, signal lights, etc.). The discharge pipes contain a hinged bottom, so each discharge pipe can be opened or closed individually.

Such a system ensures that the sorted material does not fall into the boxes while the automatic pressure plate is in operation.

For access to the cabins, steel stairs with a landing were built, one on each side of the sorting conveyor.
