Automatic baling press

The automatic baling press machine is a modern device for reducing municipal waste. A special construction allows pressing of sorted municipal waste into bales. The pressed material is later being bonded into a bale by a wire, making a compact unit.

The length of the bale can be adjusted from 1200 mm to 2400 mm so that the transport space is optimally filled. The handling can be automatic or manual.

The entire system’s drive is carried out via a special two-stage hydraulic pump which enables high compression speed. Cylinder travel speed and pressure can be electronically regulated. When bending the sorted plastic, a PET perforator is installed on the intake hatch. The perforator drills PET packaging to release air from it, thereby increasing the efficiency of the pressing process. Drilling is performed by means of two rotating drills with sharp spikes. The spikes can be mounted for easy sharpening and replacement. The perforator is located on the guides and can be pulled out of the intake hatch when it is not needed, i.e. when PET is not being pressed.On the press that is foreseen for bending the RDF, a shredder is installed in which the material is crushed to a small sized fraction of 30 mm.  The shredder is located on the guides and with the help of the hydraulic system it can be pulled out of the intake hatch when it is not needed. The output where the bale exits gives us a possibility of installing a low-profiled weighing platform with the capacity of up to 1500 kg for weighing the produced bales.
